> > Radiant Rest Yin, Reiki + Restorative
6:45 pm with LindyRadiant Rest is a combination of gentle yin, restorative yoga, yoga nidra with specialized hands on Reiki for those who want to receive. With the generous use of props, you will settle into supported postures for anywhere between 4 to 8 minutes each. This is a practice of deep relaxation with and emphasis on resetting the nervous system into the parasympathetic "rest and digest" state of relaxation to restore and release mind and body from our regular day to day life. Many of the poses are blissful and effortless. The class will conclude with yoga nidra which is like a guided savasana into a yogic-sleeping dream.
