5-Week Series

  • 6:45pm - 90 Minutes
    Taught by Lindy Scott

    Indulge in a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Radiant Rest is a unique 90-minute practice combining gentle yin and restorative yoga with the transformative power of hands-on Reiki. This unique blend offers a powerful approach to stress reduction, physical relaxation, and emotional balance.

    Over this 5-week series, you’ll experience the cumulative benefits of consistent relaxation, allowing your body and mind to fully reset, release, and heal.

    Using supportive props, you’ll ease into poses held for 4 to 8 minutes, encouraging effortless release and deep relaxation. This practice resets your nervous system into the parasympathetic "rest and digest" state, promoting restoration, healing, and stress relief. Lindy's hands on assists and Reiki energy channeling further enhances the experience, offering profound energetic healing and balance.

    With years of dedicated Yin yoga practice, Lindy has developed a true passion for the art of relaxation and rejuvenation. Witnessing firsthand the transformative power of Yin yoga, she is excited to share this unique blend of physical and energetic healing through Reiki-infused Yin yoga classes.
