Our origin story is one of transformation. It’s a tale that reflects the power within us all to transform; to dig deep; and to follow the whispers of our hearts… to something better… something next level..
Next Level was born when the doors of the Pines Yoga & Wellness House had to close. It was from that ending that a (somewhat magical!) new beginning appeared!
It’s a familiar tale because it’s one we all share. To get knocked down is life. But it’s our resilience, our heart, our grace and our grit that pushes us back up and urges us forward.
It’s why we keep going back to our mat. It’s why we continue to grow even when it’s hard.
Because it’s built into the DNA of each of us to rise up after defeat and find greater resolve.
This is how we evolve. This is The Next Level.
